Feel free to try out all the different classes to find the ones that work for your schedule and fitness level. We recommend 3-4 times per week to get the most out of your yoga practice
We have FREE Mats and Props available for you to borrow at the studio. Wear some comfy workout clothes and we will see you on the mat!
