  • Feel free to try out all the different classes to find the ones that work for your schedule and fitness level. We recommend 3-4 times per week to get the most out of your yoga practice

  • We have FREE Mats and Props available for you to borrow at the studio. Wear some comfy workout clothes and we will see you on the mat!
