Zumba

Candlelight Vinyasa
Candlelight Vinyasa All Levels: Lit by candles, this slower paced Vinyasa flow, using breath to facilitate the movement from one posture to the next, is designed to help you unwind from your day and restore your body, while building core strength, coordination and flexibility. Appropriate for beginners.

Vinyasa
(Level I)
This
class is designed to flow from posture to posture to
build strength, flexibility and awareness to release
tensions and blocks in the body.
Practice
the basics of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), strengthening
standing poses, arm balances and inversions; and learn
about the energetic consciousness system of the body,
meditation and pranayama breathing.
This
class is geared for fit beginners.

Vinyasa
(Level II)
Vinyasa II builds on the basics learned in Level I. This class is best suited for advanced beginner and intermediate students (those who have a regular Vinyasa or Ashtanga practice of 6 months or more).

Back
Care Yoga
Free
the binds and stresses of the low back. Rediscover the
movement of the spine and release the anxious nerves
trapped in the shoulders.We will focus on postures and
stances to reunite you with the strength and flexibility
of hips, low back, and your core.
A complete body workout that leaves you feeling restored, rejuvenated and relaxed!

Yin Yang Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga Combines a slower gentler approach to opening up the body and mind with the vigor of the "yang" style associated with warmer classes like vinyasa and ashtanga. Some poses may be held longer allowing the student to seat the pose well and deepen the stretches and strengthen body. This is a great class to both relax and get a work out.

Yamuna Body Rolling
Immerse yourself in the philosophy of Yamuna Body Rolling. The experience is a journey within oneself bringing balance and harmony to your entire being. This revolutionary approach to health and fitness using 6-10 body balls designed exclusively for this practice. Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) goes far beyond random movement and stretch , it allows you to work specific muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Yamuna Body Rolling works the way a hands-on practitioner works -only using a body ball. Basic Yoga
These movements are very useful to beginners, who want to start doing yoga but don't have any experience of yoga or any other exercise.
There are several joints in our body, which needs lubrication and movements. The food we consume supplies the lubrication and Yoga and other activities provide the movements. In our regular life some of these joints are overused and some are rarely used which may create problems at later stage in your life. To help these joints maintain their healthy condition Basic Movements are necessary also they are useful to prepare your body to take up Yoga.

Vinyasa Flow
The perfect way to unwind at the end of the day, the emphasis of this vinyasa style class is on promoting relaxation in the body, mind, and spirit. This class, which integrates physical poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), meditation, and other traditional elements of yoga, is designed to be fun and accessible for all experience levels. Variations will be offered so that each student can create their own space for connecting with their breath while listening to the needs of their body.

Pre-Natal Yoga
Come practice yoga and increase your energy and stamina, build strength and flexibility, and improve focus and concentration to assist your labor and delivery. Also become aware of how to practice yoga during this powerful time in your life. No previous experience practicing Yoga is required. Postnatal mothers are also welcome. During pregnancy it’s best to eat a light snack before yoga practice, giving about an hour to digest before class. Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in.
Kid's Yoga
Kids Yoga is all about fun! We will build balance, mindfulness, and community through movement, games, and songs. Starting with warm ups we will practice connecting the body, breath, and mind with yoga poses inspired by nature and animals. We will end class with a grounding relaxation to create a space for self-awareness to grow. Through yoga all kids can be calm, confident, and happy!

Community Yoga
An all-levels donation-based class geared to the needs of the students. Includes work with poses, breathing and meditation. A mix of static and dynamic poses to bring some balance into your life.
