Hatha Flow

Integrative Hatha Flow teaches the importance of combining all eight limbs of classical yoga to bring about profound intrapersonal realization. Balance is achieved by integrating basic and essential pranayama and meditation techniques and sequencing asana practice to direct energy to needed areas within the five koshas and the seven major chakras. The asana practice is designed to vary in intensity levels to remain accessible to students of all levels of experience. Emphasis is placed on individual body alignment (i.e. what’s best for your bones). The room is not heated beyond what would be considered an average room temperature.

Prenatal Yoga

This class helps to bring ease and relaxation to the mind while stretching and strenghtening the body. Gentle and nurturing, appropriate for all stages of a complication-free pregnancy.

This class is geared for fit beginners.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which one learns to relax consciously. It is performed in Savasana, and there is no movement at all. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. During the practice of Yoga Nidra, one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. For this reason, Yoga Nidra is often referred to as psychic sleep or deep relaxation with inner awareness.

In Yoga Nidra, the state of relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from outer experiences. If the consciousness can be separated from external awareness and from sleep, it becomes very powerful and can be applied in many ways. For example: to develop one's memory, increase knowledge and creativity or transform one's nature.

Yoga Nidra leaves one feeling calm, lucid and full of awareness after a session.

Kripalu Yoga

A gentle yet strengthening practice, appropriate for all levels. Focusing on developing the mind, body, spirit connection. A fun class filled with fundamental breathing techniques and flowing movemnet.

Wake Up Yoga

Awaken and revive the mind & body with Wake Up Yoga. This early morning Vinyasa practice sets a calm and uplifting rhythm for the rest of the day. Similar to a great cup of coffee! With a longer warm up sequence and several gentle, yet energizing flows, Wake Up Yoga is great for all levels of practice. It combines pranayama (breath) & asana (posture) to create a means of bio feed back. When the breath is engaged, one will be able to understand the needs of the body, there by connecting them to the depth of their practice. When one can reach their depth they begin to work on strength, flexibility and agility. When these qualities of the practice are applied off the mat, a stronger, healthier & more peaceful life can be gained.

Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics offers a gentle and relaxed approach to learning basic hatha yoga postures. This is a great place for beginners to develop a solid foundation on which to build a more advanced yoga practice and for old students who want to revisit simpler yoga asanas. Yoga Basics blends breathing, postures and relaxation techniques.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga will carry you with support through a restorative and relaxing physical asana practice. Breath is woven into the movements as a means of bio feedback. Pranayama (Breath) also allows for a greater since of calm and clarity of the mind. Props are used to simulate muscles and give support to help ease the struggle within the postures. Where there is ease there is no tension and a feeling of fluidity can be found. All levels of students are welcome.
The majority of poses are done on the floor with only a few standing postures. So, get ready for a gentle stretch while rejuvenating your spirits.
