needs to have least 6 months of a continuous Yoga Practice
Ashtanga- Vinyasa
Explore the ancient system of ashtanga in a fun and beginner friends way. We usually do sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, arm balances, and inversions. This class is not your traditional ashtanga practice. All levels are welcome!
Yin Yoga
Release tension and connect with your body in a profound way by holding poses for an extended time. A regular practice of stretching not only will make you more flexible and give you a chance to relax while doing something good for yourself, but by tapping into the connective tissues of the body, we can improve the flow of Qi through our energetic bodies. Open to all levels of practice and can even support those with injuries.
Yin/Yang Fusion Yoga
Is a delicious blend of Vinyasa (Yang) and Yin Yoga. Yang movements build heat in the body that builds your energy or Qi, while the yin stimulates the calmness and creates balance to release deep seeded tension.

Mindful
Mediation
Mindful
mediation starts with a slow warm up of asanas to
heighten sensitivity and access a quiet mind. This
prepares the body to sit for an hour long meditation.
The meditations are guided by the teacher.

Hatha&
Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha
& Hatha Flow are slower-paced, gentle class that
is great for learning the flow of yoga postures as
well as the philosophy behind the practice.

Back
Care Yoga
Free
the binds and stresses of the low back. Rediscover the
movement of the spine and release the anxious nerves
trapped in the shoulders. We will focus on postures and
stances to reunite you with the strength and flexibility
of hips, low back, and your core.
A
complete body workout that leaves you feeling restored,
rejuvenated and relaxed!

Core
Yoga
Complete
care of the core is our focus. The "Core"
consists of muscles that run the length of the torso
and help support the spine, pelvis and shoulders. Conditioning
this area allows the body to stand, bend, skip and walk
on two feet.
Core care is a series of postures that target the abdomen,
obliques, psoas and hip flexors, building strength and
toning the core for greater stability in all the movements
of your body.
Revitalize
your core so you can cruise through your day with ease!
