Chad
Snow LMT, Licensed Massage Theropist

Out-of-alignment bodies produce more pain, discomfort and inflammation as a result of stress, gravity and the repetitive nature of our lives and jobs. Chad's approach to massage aims to realign the body so it is in good balance with itself, providing a clean window to view the treatment options for other more traumatic injuries. In addition to the myriad of benefits that massage provides like decreased pain, the results are improved posture, gait and ability to breathe.
Utilizing deep tissue (muscle), facial/structural integration (connective tissue) and trigger/tender point (referred and non-referred pain) techniques, his work can be deep without being forcible, eliciting change to support our ability to move efficiently and easily. Just as yogis use yoga to prepare their bodies for meditation, Chad views massage as preparation for the activities of your life. Now, get rubbed and get out there!
